Higher vocational education is one of the most significance parts of higher education in China,The higher vocational education has played an indispensable role in promoting of economic development, increments of employment and promoting of social progress. Thus, the students’learning state of higher vocational education has received widespread attention of society. Learning burnout is a new field of researching, it is an important indicator of modern students’learning state, and one of the hotpots of pedagogic, management and psychology. Nowadays,the research objects of learning burnout is mostly focused on middle school and university, there is a few research are focused on higher vocational education students. This paper is according to the features of higher vocational education colleges and students, the paper is based on the theory of learning burnout and amount of researching papers, and using questionnaire and data analysis methods to study learning burnout issue. This paper has investigated the learning burnout situations of students who are studying in higher vocational education colleges of Yunnan province in China, and analyzed the causes of learning burnout, according to the research andanalysis results to make recommendations and suggestions within improve the learning state of burnout and activate the enthusiasm of learning. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction of research background and significance of this paper,which is defined the concept of theory of learning burnout,and made comments to researches abroad. The second part is investigation and analysis, author of this paper borrowed "The learning burnout of college students questionnaire" which is prepared by Professor Rong Lian and "The causes of learning burnout of college students questionnaire" which is prepared by Dingxiang Zhang to made a questionnaire investigation to the sample students, and using the psychology evaluation system to collect the investigation dates and according to the results of data statistic by system to analyze the causes and situations of learning burnout. The author find out that the students of higher vocational education are in the state of learning burnout in general, the overall situation is in moderate state,there are some different situation results of learning burnout among different attributes of students, also the same results of causes of learning burnout, the learning burnout states are affected by many factor. The third part of this paper is according to the results of investigation and analysis of learning burnout to throw out suggestions within improvement of learning burnout from many affects, such as personal, major, college, society and family. The last part is conclusion and summary of this paper that according to the pap-er research results and inadequate content, and direction of future research prosp-ects.
