Status and Development of Normal College Students’ Comprehensive Quality clarify Outward Bound to Normal College Students effect of improving the overall quality of different aspects to help people understand the expansion of training produce the conditions and factors affecting the development of the overall quality of the Normal School Students to advocate more more to expand the training methods into normal students in training mode, and the establishment of relevant theoretical system; help improve normal students moral character, strengthen psychological quality, improve physical fitness, promote professional skills, and provide reference for students to explore the culture of normal road construction.In this study, sociological theories and methods to the overall quality of normal students, including moral aspect, psychological aspect, physical aspect and professional skills for the study, the use of literature, questionnaires, field studies and mathematical statistics methods, to expand the training to study the impact on the overall quality of normal students.The results showed that:1 expand the training to help improve normal students moral character. Outward Bound-friendly literacy by practicing integrity, teamwork through the collective consciousness of the concept of in-depth experience, and ultimately help improve normal students moral character.2 Outward Bound Teachers can strengthen students’ psychological qualities. Outward Bound by overcoming the culture of self-confidence and inferiority complex, so that the normal students strengthen psychological qualities.3 Normal Students develop improved physical fitness training to a certain extent. Expand training through the body of scientific practice, through the exercise habits of consciousness raising, and thus to improve normal students play the role of physical fitness.4 Outward Bound can promote normal students professional skills. Expand training through innovative thinking of training, by improving the attitude and way of looking at problems and to promote the normal students professional skills.
