Research On The Intervention Of The Social Work For The Employment Service Of The Disabled

Employment is the basic right that every citizen should enjoy.It is not only an important form of citizen participation in social affairs,but also an important manifestation of social progress to ensure that disabled people participate in social labor positively and fairly.Our government attaches great importance to the employment of the disabled.In the eighteen report,it is clearly pointed out that we should improve the social security and service system for the disabled,and protect effectively the rights and interests of the disabled.However,due to the late start of the disabled career,and also the breadth and depth of all the theoretical researches of the disabled are insufficient in China,there are so many problems of the employment services for the disabled.With the progress and development of society,the development of social work in China is developing rapidly.The development and maturity of social work provide a possibility for social work to involvement in the employment services for the disabled.Under this background,the author decided to take the H community as an example to actively explore the process and case of the intervention of the social work for the employment service of the disabled with using the analysis of the theory of advantage perspective,the theory of energy increase,the theory of social support,and the case management.Though analyzing the practice and problems of the Case work,group work and community work of employment services for the disabled intervened by H Community Social Work Service Center,the author raised suggestions for social system,social work organization,the disabled and so on in order to enrich the theory and practice of social work,the development of the local development of social work and the solution of the problem of employment for the disabled.
