The Practical Research Of Social Work Intervention In The Employment Assistance Of Urban Minimum Living Security Family Members

Poverty is a livelihood issue.Affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic,our country attaches great importance to livelihood issues.After absolute poverty is basically eliminated,relative poverty will be the main anti-poverty issue in the future.The relief method for the poor will also be provided by a single material aid.Shift to more active ability assistance.Under the guidance of the concept of development oriented social policy,it advocates to treat the poor groups with a positive and developing perspective,and to cultivate their ability and improve their skills.In the2014 Interim Measures for social assistance,it is proposed to provide employment assistance to the families with minimum living security.However,the effect of employment assistance for the families with minimum living security in China is not significant,and they are still facing employment problems.This is not only because of the limited ability and weak consciousness of the recipients themselves,but also because of the imperfection of the policy system,insufficient executive power,and the improper connection between various social subjects.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible for social work with its professionalism and scientificity to intervene in the employment assistance of urban low-income families,and can exert its professionalism and effectiveness in the field of assistance.The research is based on the new era of post poverty alleviation and combined with the concept of developmental social policy,guided by the theory of empowerment,to get involved in the employment assistance of family members on subsistence allowance in J community.In the early stage,we mainly learned the basic situation of J community subsistence allowance families through interviews and participatory observation methods.The analysis shows that the family of J community has the problems of Unbalanced Income and expenditure,great economic pressure,insufficient social support and low social integration in the communication activities.In terms of employment,there are low quality of labor,difficult to develop employment and old employment concepts,employment concept,employment The problem of low willingness,therefore,has the demand of psychological counseling,relieving the pressure of life,the need to improve development ability,provide employment information,and the need for social communication and social integration.According to the problems and needs of the minimum living security family members in J community,this paper mainly uses the methods of case work and group work to carry out specific employment intervention activities for the minimum living security family members in J community,so as to improve their information acquisition ability,interpersonal skills and social participation ability.For individuals,the case service can enhance the internal psychology and external image of the client,adjust the self-cognition of the client,change the employment concept of the client,improve the interpersonal communication ability and comprehensive employment quality of the client,so that the client can better adapt to the society and integrate into the society.For the group,through the development of group activities,with the strength of the group,to promote the common growth of the family members of the minimum living allowance,while enhancing employment confidence and training employment skills,to popularize employment assistance related policies and enhance the ability of social participation,so as to realize the group's empowerment.The research conclusion proves that social work is of great significance in participating in employment assistance activities.The intervention of increasing energy for urban low-income family members can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of employment,social participation,information acquisition and employment skills of the low-income family members,and give full play to the self-worth and social value of the low-income family members.At the same time,social workers also play an effective role as resource linkers,not only to link the members of low-level families to necessary living materials and medical resources,but also to provide them with employment information,introduce employment posts,link employment resources.It is truly achieving "teach people to fish",not only make the members of the families with low-income insurance grow up,but also make the whole family develop.And it shows a positive and developing employment assistance mode,which further reflects the effectiveness of social work intervention in the employment assistance of urban low-income family members.
