A Study On The Intervention Strategies Of Social Workers In Assisted Employment Of Disabled Groups From The Perspective Of Enhancement

In today's severe employment situation,the employment of disabled groups is an urgent social problem to be solved.Disabled groups have always been in a weak position in society and are often labelled "incompetent" in society.Today,when they advocate equal employment,The employment of the disabled is protected by law,but there are still most of the disabled without employment security.The disabled groups discussed in this paper are the mentally handicapped and the mentally rehabilitated,and their living environment is relatively poor.The family situation is more difficult;the vast majority of people with mental disabilities do not have special education in,for example,"a school for the mentally handicapped",and they have a high school education and drop out of school.Families are their schools.The mental rehabilitation in this article is the rehabilitation of depression and manic depression.They lose part of their social function because of their disconnection with society for psychological reasons.For example,social communication.The employment rate of disabled groups is related to the progress of social civilization.The rise of auxiliary employment is one of the major manifestations of the progress of social civilization.The auxiliary employment will no longer extend the sheltered employment mode,but will skip the key of "sheltering".We should realize the employment ability of the disabled and transform the employability into the real social productive force and realize the social value of the disabled.The disabled have their own potential and have their own advantages,that is,they have the advantage of being able to do the work.We also need to have the ability to assist people with disabilities to step onto their jobs better,so we need to give play to the role of the theory of empowerment,under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,to bring into play thesubjective initiative of social workers,and to combine the experiences of our predecessors.In the perspective of empowerment,social workers combine case,group,community and social advocacy to develop empowerment programs to promote the change of disabled people.As an employment adaptation platform for the disabled to assist in employment,under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,the disabled who participate in the program have obviously changed their abilities,and the families of the disabled have actively supported them.To a certain extent,it has changed the society's inherent understanding of the disabled.This paper mainly describes the application of the program to support employment and the impact of the integration of these programs into social work services.It also reflects on the intervention program and expects to sum up the intervention strategy of assisted employment social workers from the perspective of empowerment,which can be used as a project experience for the disabled.
