In recent years, occupation quality education of our country has increased steadily, and at the same time, the secondary vocational education has also received national attention as an important part of occupation education. The government has issued a series of policies and measures, but compared with the overall level of occupation education, China’s secondary occupation education still has a long way to go, there is a big gap between China and developed countries on the level of secondary occupation education. So as to narrow the gap, there is need to strengthen the exploration of Chinese scholars on the secondary occupation education. Therefore, paying attention to the satisfaction of vocational teachers and analyzing the factors affecting the degree of teachers’ job satisfaction can promote the teaching quality of secondary vocational education; It can promote the occupation education fundamentally. But the study areas also based on the middle of the city, less in the developed economy. In order to compensate for this phenomenon, I chosed the more developing occupation school of Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province.In study,the job satisfaction of Jiaxing secondary vocational school teachers as the research content. So as to research of Jiaxing secondary vocational education from the view of vocational school teachers job satisfaction. The hierarchy of needs theory and Vroom Maslow’s expectations theory as the foundation, the job satisfaction of teacher’s comprehensive definition, discrepancy definition and reference framework definition, comprehensive domestic and foreign existing theoretical results, using personal interviews and questionnaires to survey. The concluded is got from analysising of job status dimension, income dimension, working environment dimension, learning dimension and leadership dimension. The result is: the teachers’ job satisfaction of Jiaxing secondary vocational school is not high. From general work conditions: most of the teachers show a sense of not satisfied on achievement, work stress and personal development. From incoming: factors such as gender, education, teaching age, professional titles have made an impact on teachers’ income satisfaction. From working environment: teachers show the overall low satisfaction, but show satistied in the cultural atmosphere, the relationship between teachers and students, the colleague relationship and leadership concern. From further improving, most of the secondary vocational teachers are not satisfied, they think that further learning has become a mere formality, the learning time is short and the content of the learning is lag. They are also limited in the opportunities for advancement. From school management: the secondary vocational teachers’ show an overall satisfaction. This paper finally puts forward five proposals and strategies to improve the satisfaction of Jiaxing vocational teachers: to build a reasonable salary system, to improve the welfare of teachers, to improve their working environment, to enhance the development of space and to change the school management mode. Research results will have important significance to the development of secondary vocational education. It has important practical significance in enhancing the vocational teachers’ happiness, but also in improving satisfaction.
