With the continuous advancement of China’s distinctive Chinese careers in building in the new era,the pace of building in China’s sports powerhouses has also continued to accelerate,as has the level of development of national sports careers.Driven by the common promotion of the universal fitness strategy and the development strategy of the sports industry,the development of the sports industry is increasingly valued by the state and society.It is in this large context that the basketball training industry has also flourished,and with the introduction of the national ""double minus""policy,there has been increasing social public interest in the basketball training industry.Using literature data,questionnaires,and field trips the main research methods,this study conducted a more in-depth study on the management patterns and their innovative paths of basketball training institutions in Wuhan,starting from the current management status of basketball training institutions in Wuhan,China.(1)From the perspective of the classification of corporate management modes,the vast majority of basketball training institutions in Wuhan have adopted either an affectionate management mode or a camaraderized management mode or a randomized management mode,and no institutional management mode and systematic management mode have been found.(2)In response to the management deficiencies of basketball training institutions,we propose six aspects of optimization measures,namely,constantly sound management system of training institutions,constantly optimizing the way training institutions operate,constantly improving a single training management method,constantly sound integrated incentives mechanisms,constantly improving the service security system and constantly strengthening government support and regulation of training institutions.(3)In terms of innovation in the institutional management model of basketball training in Wuhan,we propose five innovation paths,namely,leading by the idea of intensive management,highlighting innovation in the management system,using management methods scientifically,using management tools rationally,and strengthening management team construction.Finally,the limitations of this study in terms of sample size,subjects investigated,and sampling methods are proposed,which need to be further improved in future studies.
