The Research And Practice Of Campus Micro-information Management System Based On The Cloud Service

With the rapid development and wide popularization of the campus informationalization, communication between teachers and students as well as their parents through internet or mobile network with PC or mobile phone become more and more variant and simplified. Micro-information which is so called comes along. At present, demands of micro-information from schools are getting more and more, requirements of micro-information are also increasing, but, information management tools in school itself along with its’ cost are quite limited. How to manage and preserve the huge amount of micro-information permanently and effectively, and how to co-share the education information flow which is formed by the micro-information better, are becoming the key issue of the sustainable development of campus informationalization at present. And it’s also the core problem of how construction of campus informationalization aid the school teaching and management work.In this paper, micro information management system originating from practical work is a creative application of the cloud services and mobile Internet, it’s mainly formed of micro-information,and served as the tool of communication in the campus or between teachers and students and parents,even as teaching assistance. The system which uses cloud service and other computing techniques could solve the problems such as information storage, sharing and presenting as well. It has positive effect to save material resources and to maxim Minimize human resources and it’s helpful to promote education informationization construction.Micro-information management system basing on cloud-service appeared from practice in time.It has guidance and reference meaning to verify the campus information management.
