Education is a fundamental task in any long-term strategy. Education should be put into a strategic position because of its significance. Education investment which is an economic concept becomes the focus of research as part of the human capital investment. Under the background of economic globalization, the rapid growth happens in all aspects including economic, society and resources. All countries in the world has been kept exploring patterns and methods to promote the development of education, from the classical growth model to the explanation of the endogenous growth theory on economic growth. And they also pay more attention in the education, knowledge and technology investment. This paper specifically mentioned Schultz education model for the development of human capital theory, to raise awareness of human capital investment a powerful driving force for economic development.In this paper, the theory of human capital and education are reviewed, for investment in education will be a brief overview, especially for non-financial education investment analyzes the background, status and influencing factors, etc. Through the establishment of model investment in non-financial education capital in total, hierarchical structure and geographical grasp, identify their own problems and suggestions for the future development of education.First, this paper studied overall research, structure hierarchy and regional gap in overall investment. After qualitative analysis of the impact model through the establishment of various factors, we noticed that the impact of the current investment in primary education to private education funding is relatively small, it should focus on to increase investment in higher education funding. And further more, development of the eastern region is higher than the level of the western region, so the western regions should focus on increasing students’ level of education.Secondly, it was found that China’s social investment donations into low overall proportion comparing the social donations in foreign countries. But China has great potential social donations, all colleges and universities should be encouraged to play their own advantages, to attract public donations.Finally, the factors affecting the tuition are conducted a comprehensive simulation and data integration. It found that many factors affect the investment in tuition and fees. In recent years, tuition and fees continuing instability fluctuations make some families to bear a lot of burden which also affects social harmony.
