| As the fierce society competition increases day by day, the nuclear family becomes more and more popular. People pay more and more attention to children early education. There is an important period for children from birth to 6 years old to develop their nervous systems and all kinds of potentials. Many parents may let their children join the corresponding early education organizations to receive early education. This kind of deed makes the interactions between the early education organizations and the families become the key to guide and promote the healthy development of infants and young children. However, at present the interactive way between parents and early education organizations is not perfect. Such education environment directly lead to that the families and the early education organizations become two independent individuals about education. The interactive effect between them is not obvious, so the interactive experience cannot be talked about more. O2 O is a new experience model for early education, through dual management of online and offline to enable parents to better management education programs effectively and efficiently interact with the early education organizations.This paper is parents of 25~35 as the research object. Firstly, analysis the interaction and the application state of O2 O mode in early education. Then with the thinking of the service design to summarize the service design requirement’ levels in early education. Secondly, based on user centered design idea to conduct user research of user characteristics, user interviews and questionnaire survey. With the methods of principal components analysis, analysis of variance, the requires were classified and reducted. By classifing the user types by cluster analysis to obtain self management type, active type and passive type, then build typical personas to propose service design guidelines for early education interaction. At last, based on service environment of early education organizations, build the function framework and interactive flow of early education service system on Wechat, and then design high fidelity model of early education interactive service system. By user satisfaction evaluation, make users to evaluate on the service experience satisfaction and interactive experience satisfaction.This paper explores that the service design and O2 O business model are applied for early childhood interactive. It has a certain commercial value for education innovation and provides the reference for designer in the design of early application products. |
