"The new high school art curriculum standards," pointed out:"To guide students in-depth understanding of China’s outstanding folk art, enhance the understanding of motherland’s outstanding cultural." As a precious national traditional art, paper cutting art is the product of long-term accumulation of people’s life, it has a rich cultural heritage, with its unique artistic style reflecting the different cultures and customs in different area of the country. Youth have more enthusiasm for the arts in the promotion of quality education in practice.with their own aesthetic sense growth, the introduction of the traditional art,will not only helps to improve young students the feeling of beauty and creativity in high school,improve the enjoyment of high school art curriculum and students’ interest to learn; gradually increase the students’ practical ability; but also to lead students in the teaching process to learn more about traditional art culture, for the development of excellent traditional art to make their own contribution. This is consistent with the values of "art curriculum standards" for high school art curriculum. In line with the teaching goals proposed by new curriculum standards "further learn basic art knowledge and skills, experience the methods of learning process, the formation of attitudes and values which benefit individuals and societyBased on the above background, on the basis of teaching practice in the High School affiliated to Huazhong Normal University, analyze the feasibility of the paper cutting art entering high school, In order to explore effective teaching strategies,make research on the feasibility of introducing paper cutting art to high school in-depth through the following aspects including teaching philosophy, teaching methods and teaching evaluation.The structure of this is arranged as follows Introduction is an overview of the current research of this subject and research methods. Part I:Overview of the teaching significance and practical value main of introducing paper cutting to high school art class. Part II:focuses on situation of the current paper cutting class in Wuhan High School and the analysis of the conditions and opportunities for paper-cutting course. Part III:mainly talked about conversion of paper-cut teaching philosophy. Part IV: introduced the main diverse teaching evaluation and its impact on teaching arising.Part V:teaching practice, through teaching practice to test teaching philosophy and teaching methods. The conclusion:summarizing the effectiveness in teaching practice, by observing the student participation and satisfaction for the course, proposed teaching strategies of paper cutting, emphasize the significance of capacity building for the students...
