Teaching Team Management Research At Xi’an HaiTang Vocational College

Teaching team management is proposed on the basis of enterprise team management.Since the end of last century,more and more managers and leaders have realized the value of team and practiced it in the process of origination building.Teaching team,as a team with the nature of the industry and characteristics in many colleges and universities has been built and applied to teaching process.However,compared with public colleges and universities,private vocational colleges from hardware conditions to management level have a big gap.Private vocational colleges will face more challenges from teaching team-building and or team-management.The survival and development of private vocational colleges rely more on students.Nowadays,whether or not students would like to enter private vocational colleges depends largely on the school’s reputation in the fierce competition.The school’s reputation comes from students’ satisfaction and social satisfaction,but such satisfactions are closely related to on the improvement of teaching quality.Therefore how to build and manage teaching team in private vocational colleges has becomes imminent.Based on the related theories and methods of team management and human resources management,the approaches mainly involve literature research,questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in this article.By leaning the organizing situation and management methods of the current college teaching team at home and abroad,and combining the current situation of the teaching team of Xi’an HaiTang Vocational College,this article puts forward some specific suggestions.It emphasis on the main existing problems of teaching team in Xi’an HaiTang Vocational College,and puts forward some operable solutions,and gives specific implementation suggestions from two aspects:teaching team of assessment and incentives,in order to better play the role of the teaching team,improve the teaching quality as well as cultivate more talents the social needs.It will make our university gain competition advantages and take a hold in the future,which makes the study an important practical significance.
