The Research Of Educational Information Resources Co-construction And Sharing Based On Cloud Computing

With the regional and differential development of the economy, the differences of educational information resources between different areas, between urban and rural areas, between key schools and non-key schools become increasingly obvious. The lack of educational information resources and the unbalanced distribution of the limit high-quality educational information resources are the significant problems that need to be solved urgently. In National Mid and Long Term Plan for Educational Reform and Development, it says that take equality as the basic national educational policy, and the way to be equal in education is to distribute the educational information resources reasonably. Meanwhile, it says, information technology has great influence on educational development, which should be paid much intention. Therefore, the application of information technology in sharing and best distributing educational information resources is one of the hot spots of this area’s research.Cloud computing, as a new service computing model, could integrate, manage, and allocate the computing resources on the internet, and it could serve numerous customers with the same interface. There are three characters, data centered, service centered, customer centered, besides, all the data, software, and service are in the "clouds". Hence, cloud computing model provides a new way of sharing and serving the educational information resources, which benefits to the reasonable distribution of the resource and will change the way of developing, managing, and applying mode of the resources.In order to maximize the value of the educational information resources, and promote the realization of education fairness, this paper puts realizing the co-construction and sharing of high quality educational information resources based on cloud computing as the target, focuses on the research and construction of educational information resources co-construction and sharing cloud service system and service mode. The main works of this paper includes three parts.First, this paper studies the cloud service architecture of the educational information resources co-construction and sharing, puts forwards the construction method of educational information resources co-construction and sharing based on the case analysis of application of education cloud from the aspect of service model, cloud service system and service platform. This method provides theoretical support for the realization of the educational information resources integration and sharing between different areas, between urban and rural areas.Second, this paper puts forward the educational information resources co-construction and sharing mechanism of cloud computing architecture, summarizes the hierarchy co-construction mechanism of educational information resources, and describes the construction task and responsibility of different subjects. The sharing mechanism contains supervision mechanism, evaluation mechanism, and incentive mechanism, problem processing mechanism and supporting service mechanism. This paper designs the dynamic evaluation model of educational information resources value and promotes the enthusiasm of the co-construction and sharing subjects.Third, this paper designs and implements a cloud platform prototype system of the educational information resources co-construction and sharing, to verify the theoretical research results and mechanism above.
