Cloud-based Educational Service Framework Standard Design And Application

Cloud computing is seen as the core of new generation of information technology revolution and business application.The innovative service model in the field of information technology is widely concerned around the world in recent years.The application of cloud computing to education,which is named cloud-based education,is beneficial to the integration of educational information infrastructure,the promotion of high quality education resources sharing,and the improvement of education information management level.Besides,it has played an important role to raise the quality and equity of education innovation.The third action plan of "National Education Information Development Ten-Year Plan(2011-2020)" explicitly endorses the building of cloud-based educational resource platform and cloud-based management platform on the basis of cloud-based education service platform(CBESP).The CBESP service model is to meet the requirements of national information technology,which will accelerate the pace of educational information.However,the demand for cloud-based educational service is different from region to region,and the CBESP is lack of uniform reference standard temporarily.So even if the CBESP in various regions has in common with the design,development,management and operation,the respectively characteristics of their own leads to non-interoperability and service-declined inevitably.Therefore,developing cloud-based educational service platform standard(CBESFS)can effectively integrate educational resources,achieve the widely shared co-construction resources,reduce the costs of schools and educational institutions,and improve the efficiency of education management.This paper focuses on the design and application of CBESFS.This paper expounds extensive literature survey of the cloud computing to education,investigates the application of cloud-based education at home and oversea,analyzes the main problems of platform construction,resource sharing,service model and other aspects to propose the necessity and urgency of cloud-based education service standard.The standard as the sustentation of the whole CBESP is the prerequisite for other standards.In the design of CBESFS,this paper elaborates the requirements from multiple perspectives,including the current situation of national educational information,the user roles,the sage scenarios of cloud-based education and the key technologies of cloud-based education application.By proposing the design concept and the implementation scheme of CBESFS,this paper dissertates the framework of cloud-based educational service standard and interprets the relationship between the sub-standards to provide theoretical guidance for CBESP.In the application of CBESFS,this paper designs a cloud-based educational resource management system on the basis of Sina cloud platform,which is the prototype implementation of CBESFS and follows relevant standards in the design or the development process.
