Secondary vocational schools shoulder the mission of secondary vocational education for learners, which is employment-oriented and aimed to professional development. They produce continuously talented workers for thespecific society on every walk of life. Professional development Mentioned here includes three aspects:the professional ethics, professional skills and professional knowledge. To combine all the three factors, makes the quality of profession. With the growth of socialist market economy and industrialization, enterprises need much more technical workers. This will bring vocational schools with good opportunities for development. However, there exist so many challenges in the current vocational education in china, such as the poor quality of the graduates by virtue of poor quality of school enrollment, the discriminationof vocational schooling from the Chinese traditionalpublic values,the disadvantages of student services and class management in school operation, and etc.. Allabove makes graduates deficiency in adaptation to employment market and limitation for their professional growth and development.This paper tries to explore the reform of class management at secondary vocational schoolsfrom a perspective of vocational quality education. On the basis of a questionnaire survey for students and some interviews with teachers, the author reveals one of the determinants which affects the occupational literacy of vocational school students, is that thevocational schools still implementthe same model of class management as the general high schools do, ignoring the differentiation of vocationaleducation and general education. The nature of vocational schooling requires vocational schools implement differential objectives and strategiesby comparison with the general high schools. Therefore, the model of class management at vocational schools should change urgently in order to fulfill its social mission. The professional quality of students at vocational schools, to a certain extent, may improve so much by virtue of reforming its class management.A school is a knowledge-based and human-oriented organization in a specific society. In this paper,the author puts forward a model of enterprise-like in class management, refers to utilize the advantages of the enterprise culture as well as motivating mechanismin the class management, so that students in the school can not only learn and improve professional knowledge, professional skills, improve professional ethics, but also can get acquaintance with the climate, perceptionand spirit of enterprises. In this paper, the author works hard on greatly reforming the management structure, operational mechanism, and paths of assessment, so as to practice this new class management mode and assess its effectiveness. The school enjoys obvious effects on implementing this new mode of class management. Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the pattern of the enterprises-like class management.
