The teacher occupation burnout refers to the negative reaction in the work of teachers can not cope with the pressure generated. Teachers’ failure in work attitude and work behavior, emotional. With the rapid reform of education, occupation burnout has become a serious problem affecting the health of teachers and the development of educational cause. The medium occupation school teachers due to the special nature of the occupation education, there is a certain occupation burnout, medium occupation school teachers help the prevention of occupation burnout has practical significance.Based on the theory of domestic and foreign teachers’ Job Burnout on existing research methods of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method of combining the 460 teachers in 5 secondary vocational schools in Zhengzhou city as the object of study of Job Burnout Questionnaire survey, and the survey results using SPSS software data processing and analysis; the representative teachers on the job burnout of interviews, to understand the characteristics and causes of secondary vocational school teachers burnout.Survey results show that, to participate in the investigation of the medium occupation school teachers in Henan Province in the occupation burnout of physical and mental exhaustion and depersonalization scores on two dimensions is low, lack of sense of achievement scores in higher dimensions. On the basis of this, this study gives the ease of teachers occupation burnout and suggestions from two levels of individual teachers, school management, in order to help the teachers occupation burnout prevention, promote the secondary occupation teachers’ physical and mental harmony and health.Survey results show that, to participate in the investigation of the secondary occupation school teachers occupation burnout in Zhengzhou City, the disintegration of physical and mental exhaustion and personality on the two dimensions of score is lower than the theoretical value,53% of the people in the lack of sense of achievement dimension scores higher than 3.The findings from the interviews, including the Factors Affecting Teachers Occupation Burnout: teachers did not receive the normal education in secondary occupation school properties; low income; personal development space is limited, occupation career planning is unknown; life is very monotonous and narrow field of vision. School factors mainly include:school teachers lack of teaching resources; the current evaluation system is not scientific; the impact of school management system, the interpersonal relationship; evaluation of professional titles is also troubled by many problems of teachers in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of this, this study gives the ease of teachers occupation burnout and suggestions from two levels of individual teachers, school management, in order to help the teachers occupation burnout prevention, promote the secondary occupation teachers’ physical and mental harmony and health. Teachers should keep a good state of mind; establish the concept of lifelong learning, pay attention to professional development; to enrich the amateur life, broaden their horizons and to improve the self psychological adjustment ability; the school should reform the management system; to establish a rational evaluation system; to provide more opportunities for professional development; to create a better working environment and working atmosphere.
