The Establishment And Evolution Of The Team Cooperation Mechanism Under The Network Environment

This research collected many aspects of the information such as Social network analysis、team cooperative learning and cooperation mechanism, and it provided the theoretical basis for the smooth process of the research. The following is the main part of the paper:first of all, selecting a cooperative team under the network environment as a case which was selected from the online class of Psychology of Learning which was opened by Central China Normal University in spring 2014 semester; Secondly, using social network analysis to analyze the case team’s social network which is in the process of forming and development, then discussing what changes occur about team cooperation mechanism between the team members in the process of forming and development; Finally using the relevant information which is collected by content analysis method and interview method to explain why the team cooperation mechanism was evaluated, and to summarize the strategies in the team cooperative study.According to the research, I:the scientific conclusion that the online class did condensed out of the selected case team, and the members of the team was related closely; Ⅱ:in the whole process of cooperation, the density of the team network appeared that increased to a great extent early, and decreased in the late team network, and through the analysis, this was due to the fresh about this course to reduce and without the guidance of the teachers; Ⅲ:the member A was always in the core position, which is due to his learning style and his interest of the course; Ⅳ:in the process of cooperation, the reasons of the positive changes about member B and the negative changes about member E can be attributed to their interest of the course and learning tasks; V:in the process of cooperation, member A and member C’s close exchanges, member F and member G’s close link let us find that students may prefer to choose the familiar to exchange; and the phenomenon that members A、C、F were always in the "active ring", member D gradually get into the "active ring", member G was always free in the "active ring" tells us that the leaning style and cognitive style will have a great impact on the team cooperative.The results of the research are not only proving teaching management some teaching and instruction strategies, but also proving team members certain team cooperation strategies.
