Central China normal university is pushing forward the teaching informationization. Students’utilization of information technology is critical to promote teaching informationization. But we are lack of the basis of the data, so in order to solve these problems, this study is based on the "ECAR Study of Undergraduate Students and Technology,2013". EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research is referred to as" ECAR" Therefore, the author try to design the survey questionnaire and interview outline of the status of the current use of IT in undergraduate students’learning, and conducted a survey of undergraduates in Central China Normal University, then for data statistical analysis, and finally put forward Suggestions and countermeasures.The paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter Ⅰ:mainly introduced research background and questions, the purpose and significance, the research content and method of this paper.Chapter Ⅱ:Systematically analysis of the current research status at home and abroad on this subject, in order to better determine the research emphasis and direction of this paper.Chapter Ⅲ:This is the investigation section, it’s the basis of this study. By means of Stratified sampling, the author issuing paper questionnaires and electronic questionnaires combined with interviews in order to investigate the condition of the central China normal undergraduate students’ information technology using.Chapter Ⅳ:This is the analysis section, that is, to overall analysis the questionnaires data, it is the focus of this study. The analysis process mainly includes three parts:The first is the data entry and check; The second is using SPSS and Excel to make a corresponding analysis of all the questions on the questionnaire; The third is according to the needs of the study to analysis different variables’ influence each other relations.Chapter V:This section mainly puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures. According to the actual data analysis results of the students’ information technology using, putting forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions, this is the key of this paper. By the results of data analysis and combined with the current situation of the development of information technology in China and the present situation of the universities, teachers and students,putting forward feasible countermeasures.Chapter Ⅵ:summarized the whole paper, reflected the lack of research and put forward to be improved and the future prospect.
