In the present era, the science is developing rapidly, knowledge and information are constantly pounding people’s life and study, which is a certain requirement for people’s lifelong learning ability. However, the current school education mode is generally based on the traditional teaching style, ignoring the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning. With the global development of information technology, "flipped classroom" is gradually used by innovation education researchers introducing to Chinese educational circles. It subverts the traditional teaching process— "teachers teach in class, students study after class", knowing knowledge internalization on the outside. Let the students study learning resources made by teachers, through independent learning completing knowledge, when back to the classroom teachers help students to solve difficult problems in self and in-depth study to complete the process of internalization of knowledge. Therefore, how to make full use of the students’ subjectivity in the flipped teaching, and to cultivate the students’ autonomous learning ability will be the new subject in the future education.Based on reading and studying a large number of relevant literature under the premise, This paper studies the relevant theoretical knowledge of autonomous learning and flipped classroom, Investigation and Research on the autonomous learning of the high school information technology classroom for the implementation of the flipped teaching, finding problems in the process of autonomous learning for senior high school students. Afterwards, according to the survey data analysis, the strategy of improving the ability of autonomous learning is put forward and the effectiveness of the method is verified through teaching practice. In order to provide a useful reference for the promotion of students’ autonomous learning ability in the classroom teaching. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part: introduction. The research background, purpose and significance of this research, as well as the methods of the research.The second part: Theoretical overview of flipped classroom and autonomous learning. Through the literature reading, the contents of the flipped classroom and the autonomous learning, the theoretical basis and the status quo of the domestic and foreign research are discussed in detail.The third part: The investigation and research of the autonomous learning situation of the information technology subject in the high school under the flipped teaching environment. In this study, three classes of the high grade in NO.1 Middle School affiliated to CCNU were used as the research objects, research environment choose high information technology classroom, compared to the traditional classroom teaching of information technology characteristics, using for the flipped classroom teaching self-learning ability measurement table. The investigation flipped the students in the classroom and found the defects of the autonomous learning process.And from the internal psychological factors and external environment factors, the students of the turnover were analyzed, and the main points of the improvement of the self-learning ability were summarized.The fourth part: The Countermeasures of the students’ autonomous learning ability under the flipped classroom mode. Based on researching and analyzing summarize the influence factors of students’ autonomous learning ability, summarizeing and expounding how to training students’ methods and countermeasures effectivly in the flipped classroom.The fifth part: the strategies of improving students’ autonomous learning ability in Teaching. Through the teaching chapter case, the whole teaching improvement process is demonstrated, and the effectiveness of each strategy is verified.
