College students’ ideological and political education requests the student to form the society expected ideology and moral character and behavior habits, to promote the students’ growth and development. The implementation of all of these, need to be educated a profound experience of ideological and political education content, have a deep understanding, can we truly achieve the inner identity. Master the strategy experiential education method, can meet the needs of The Times and college students, promote the innovation and development of the college students’ ideological and political education methods. So this article has a certain practical significance and theoretical significance.In this paper, the research framework is as follows:The introduction part, the author talks from topics reason to explain the significance of topics.Then expatiates the research status at home and abroad in detail, and finally determines the ideas and methods of study.The first part of the text, the author defines the experience, experiential education method, experiential education method of college students’ideological and political education.Analyzes characteristics of the experiential education method in college students’ ideological and political education, such as actually, situational, reflective and purpose.And then expounds three aspects of the function of the experiential education method of college students’ ideological and political education on college students’ cognitive construction, moral perfection and life quality improvement.The second part of the text, the author discusses the problems of the experiential education method in college students’ ideological and political education existing in the using process. These problems include:Heavy independent experience, light education guide; Heavy classroom experience, light environment to build; Heavy realistic experience, light virtual exploration; Heavy cognitive experience, light emotional communication; Heavy unified experience, light different teaching. Then four reasons of these problems are analyzed:the subject superficial awareness make experiential education method difficult to in-depth, the despise of participation subjects takes experiential education method become a mere formality, the unity of the modeled system of large class restricted the effective use of experiential education method, the simplification of evaluation way affected the improvement and development of the experiential education method.The third part of the text, the author analyzes how scientific and effectively to use the experiential education method, from two dimensions, this method’s using principles and specific strategies in the college students’ ideological and political education.First of all, we must stick to the following using the principle, combine the guidance of teachers with the witness of students, combine social experience, family experience with school experience, combine the cognitive experience with the emotional experience, combine the virtual-reality experience with the real situation experience, combine the unified experience with the different experience.Second on the concrete policies, it must strengthen the awareness of college teachers and students to experiential education method, promote to use this method effectively in ideological and political theory course and daily ideological and political education, implement of developmental and experiential education evaluation.
