In recent years,with the rapid development of the discipline of ideological and political education,the vision of ideological and political education has gradually become more open,more characteristic,more dynamic,and actively seeks innovative development under multiple perspectives.The integration of experiential teaching into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a concrete manifestation of this change.It has followed the principles of people-oriented,equal dialogue,interaction and advancing with the times,and has opened up new horizons for ideological and political education.The integration of experiential teaching into ideological and political education in colleges and universities refers to the infiltration of experiential teaching into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is based on the cognitive characteristics and learning rules of "post-00" college students.Under the guidance of the requirements of the new era and relevant curriculum standards,teachers organize experience activities based on the content of ideological and political education and guide students to participate actively.Teachers and students reach a value experience through the construction of their mutual relationship.In this consensus,they form the correct values and knowledge identity that meet social requirements,so as to achieve the purpose ofideological and political education.The ideological and political education in universities incorporating the concept of "experience" will help teachers and students communicate through interactive ways of equality,respect and understanding,and gain a sense of value in the experience.It is possible to internalize the heart and externalize the line,and ultimately achieve the purpose of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper uses the text study method to theoretically sort out the connotation of experiential teaching,analyze the basis for integrating experiential teaching into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In the context of the new era,it is necessary to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by experiential teaching in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.On this basis,the necessity and significant advantages of experiential teaching integrated into ideological and political education in colleges and universities are profoundly explained.According to the characteristics of contemporary post-00 college students' physical and mental development and the development of moral qualities,some strategies are put forward to strengthen the integration of experiential teaching into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.We must first grasp the basic requirements,that is,deepen the concept of experience,create an experience atmosphere,cultivate experience thinking,enrich experience resources,refine experience goals,continue the experience process,and focus on experience assessment.On this basis,we should study the teaching content of ideological and political education with great concentration,carefully create the ideological and political education experience situation,actively guide students to participate in the experience,reasonably stimulate students to state their feelings,help students summarize and condense in time,and encourage students to implement actions.
