The Analysis Of The Network Governance In Sustainability Of Rural Development

Under the Pressure system, there is always network governance. In order to achieve some interests, the grassroots regime take measures about using human feelings, authority and contacts circle, which are outside the system, not conforming to the legal norms, procedures and steps of the system of laws and regulations.This paper is to study that how network governance affects the construction of the scenic area as the main line of case writing, the full text is divided into five chapters. First chapter is introduction, mainly expounds the research origin, the significance of research, the research methods, content of this paper, the core concepts, and a brief description of the case village. The second chapter is about the scenic spot gets into the village. The village secretary uses the identity of the city people represent and his contacts circle to get project of the Shang Yu Ecological Tourism Scenic Spot. The third Chapter introduces the scenic flourish. It is described that, with the help of the network governance, the ecological tourism scenic spot located in Taoyuan village and the positive influence. The fourth Chapter says that scenic spot is taken away from the village. It shows that after the director of the city tourism bureau come back to town, regardless of the development of the scenic spot. The indenty of people’s representative is disappeared, and the power of the network operation does not work. The fifth Chapter is conclusion and discussion. This part discusses the modes of network governance in the process of the construction of scenic spot in Taoyuan village, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages with this governance mode, as well as the discussion of institutionalization to the economic development in the rural governance.Basing on research in the villages, to some extent, the network governance helps the Taoyuan village getting the project and bring huge development on village economy. However, with the damage of relationship network, the development of the village is stagnant.
