Enterprise plays an irreplaceable role in China’s industrialization, urbanization and modernization for a long time, the number of enterprise increases quickly which brings explosive growth and shows its dominant position.However, over the years of internal stress factors affecting labor relations always exist.Coupling with the upgrading of China’s economic transformation, here comes a certain negative impact on the employees especially for junior staff and the community.Combined with the experience of developed countries and regions, the effect of professional social work methods to eliminate disharmony factors of enterprise’s development process and promote the simultaneous development of employees and enterprises is positive and significant. Corporate social work is a application in the field of social work professional knowledge in the enterprise, it is to follow the value of professional social work concept, in the form of a professional means for enterprise employees and business owners to provide field service process.In this context, combined with personal in June 2012 to September in a guangdong dongguan internship line of textile enterprises, and at the end of 2014 methods such as literature research, case interviews, participant observation collected textile industries and enterprises in the pearl river delta through analyzing relevant data of social work, set out for textile enterprise employee development in research of some indicators. By making the questionnaire on research group actively research, combined with statistical software to deal with the data collected, summarized and a new generation of textile enterprise staff in the development of the textile enterprises.Comprehensive analysis of a gleam of textile enterprises after the staffs working conditions and practical problems, regression and response analysis of survey data,summarizing the textile enterprise employees exists in the current low pay, long working hours and poor welfare, working environment or stiff, food promotion prospects and development in aspects of enterprise system implementation is not enough.Considering a line of textile enterprise under the staffs working conditions and practical problems, combined with the demand level theory and empowerment theory, rational emotional therapy on the development of the existing employees, tentative research analysis, through to improve staff wages and benefits, enhance staff coping ability, improve their promotion prospects of the intervention of such three aspects as career planning research, in order to relieve the contradictions of labor, improve enterprise employee benefits, improve production efficiency has a certain reference.Finally, the author thinks that, through the before and after and before and after the departure of new hires salary welfare analysis, attaches great importance to the employees psychological counseling and strengthen training, career planning can improve the development of the new generation employees, improve their ability to cope with alone.
