Since the reform and opening up,with the deepening impact of economic globalization,the world’s major multinational companies have turned their attention to China,a country with large human resources.Since the 1980s,the "OEM" model has also become popular in China.Community A is different from other traditional communities.The most population is composed by the employees of OEM enterprises.Due to the fact that most of the employees in OEM enterprises are immigrants,most of them will suffer from maladjustment when they just arrive in community A.After consulting a large number of literatures,this paper finds that experts and scholars in the social science community have little research on the employees of OEM enterprises.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the social integration dilemma of employees in OEM enterprises.This research bases on the theory of ecosystem and social interaction,and analyzes the social integration dilemma of the employees in the OEM enterprises in the context of the community,and strives to establish a new social network in the activities of community A in order to achieve the purpose of promoting their social integration.This paper analyzes the background and significance of this topic.It is mentioned in the paper that the solution to the social integration dilemma of employees in contract manufacturing enterprises is to meet the needs of community development and governance,employee assistance and assistance,enterprise performance,social stability and stability,and the need to improve the theory of enterprise social work and enrich practical experience.Next,this paper makes a brief summary of the research at home and abroad.Based on the theory of ecosystem and social interaction,this paper expounds the four core concepts of OEM employees,social integration,social network and corporate social work,and expounds the advantages of social work in the dilemma of employees’ social integration from the perspective of specialty and working method.Then,through the recycled questionnaire,the paper analyzes the current situation of community life and social integration dilemma of the employees in the OEM enterprises,and focuses on the analysis of the necessity of social work in the current dilemma.Then,on the basis of questionnaire and interview,the social workers in community A designed relevant activities according to the actual needs of employees and carried out the construction of community self-organization.According to the satisfaction evaluation and effect evaluation,the implementation of the project has achieved good results in the past year.However,this paper also found the factors that hinder the further social integration of employees in the evaluation,namely the mismatch between service and demand.Finally,in order to solve this problem,this paper makes relevant analysis and Suggestions through research.This paper believes that to promote the social integration of contract enterprise employees,it is necessary to grasp the dynamic change of demand,apply a variety of methods for demand assessment,explore and integrate resources,carry out sustainable projects,correct service attitude,achieve service demand orientation,and improve the professional level of the executive team.Of course,on the whole,domestic research on corporate social work is still not perfect,the results may not apply to most of the situation,but also hope that this article can help to accumulate practice experience on the exploration of enterprise social work model.Hope others can find a new corporate social work model which is suited to the situation of our country.
