Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Physical Education Teachers In The New Era

Teacher education literacy is the cutting-edge hot spot in the field of education.The PE teacher education literacy level in the new era will affect the quality of school physical education and teaching work in the future.This paper mainly studies the evaluation index system of the physical education teachers in the new era through the literature method,Delfi method,hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and promotes the physical education teachers to improve their own education quality.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through policy interpretation,expert interview and literature review,the new era middle school teachers education quality evaluation index items,including professional literacy,humanities,scientific literacy,and information literacy four indicators,the primary evaluation index system made expert questionnaire,through two rounds of expert questionnaire screening and modification,finally establish professional literacy,cultural literacy,scientific literacy,information literacy four primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 38 new era middle school sports teachers education quality evaluation indicators.(2)Using AHP hierarchical analysis method,establish a comparison matrix at the same level,invite experts to subjectively judge the importance of the indicators and calculate the statistical results.After consistency test,the weight coefficient of A1 professionalism,A2 humanities,A3 scientific literacy and A4 information literacy are 0.5067,0.2025,0.0964 and 0.1945,showing that the importance of professional literacy is that of other indicators,etc.(3)Verification the evaluation system of physical education teachers in the new era.After qualitative and quantitative analysis,the results are found basically the same,proving that the evaluation system is scientific and effective,which can reflect the true level of the teachers ' education literacy,but due to the single experimental sample,its effectiveness and scientificity have not been fully verified.
