Along with the rapid development of national economy and the improving living standard, the commercial fitness club, as the product of its age, makes profits by expanding their VIP members subjectively. The fitness products and services which are offered to costumers are not only the basis for their survival and development, but also they provide people an opportunity to live a better lives. Nowadays, the more commercial fitness clubs could be found in a city, the greater competition there were, those operators start to realize that the quality of service they could provide is the key point to be the winner. Therefore, increasing customer satisfaction is of great significance to boost sports consumption, accelerate the development of sports industry, maximize the profits as well as make people live in a health way.In order to have a better understanding of the customers satisfaction and to promote the quality of service, this research is going to take WuHan in Hubei province as an example to conduct an investigation in terms of fitness curriculum, coach, service, equipment, price, safety, environment as well as effect through literature data method, questionnaire method and mathematical statistic method. The studies show that:1. Female members outnumber male members in WuHan. Those who aged 20-30 are the main population, employees of the enterprise enjoys the largest number, who have obtained bachelor degree or higher account for 70.9% of the total number of person, and those whose earnings range between 3000 and 4000 RMB have the highest proportion,5000 RMB were the second highest proportion. It presents the features of younger, highly educated and high income.2. The members are satisfied with the overall situation of commercial fitness club in WuHan, especially in fitness coach and effects in comparison with other aspects.3. The degree of satisfaction varied in terms of gender, educational background, age, occupation, salary as well as types of membership card from person to person in Wuhan. For example, female members with less satisfaction to coach; Low-educated members with less statisfaction to curriculum,coach,service,effect;age 40-50 with less satisfaction to curriculum, coach, service, equipment, and age 50 members with less satisfaction to price; government staff members with less satisfaction to price, safty, environment, students members with less satisfaction to service, and retired people members with less satisfaction to effect; salary 4000-5000 RMB members with less satisfaction to service, equipment, price, environment, effect; one time card members with less satisfaction to curriculum, service, equipment, price, safty, environment.4. According to the result, the research shows that improving the member management information system, developing new types of fitness classes, enhancing the training system for coach, a reasonable price,to promote the variety of fitness clubs’ development, to optimize the management and protection of environment and facilities are the most factors to increase the customers’ satisfaction further.
