| With the coming of the aging society in China, it has a population of more than 200 million who aged over 60 by 2014, accounting for 14.9% of the total population. The Chinese pension pressure suddenly increased. Although the traditional pension model provides most of the duties, it has been difficult to meet old people’s diversified, multi-level physiological and psychological needs. And The state encourages the community care and institution care though to some extent makes up the defect of the family care, but because of the lack of necessary sustainable services operating mechanism and effective supervision and management measures, implementation of information and services standardization construction, these two kinds of models were still in the stage of difficult exploration.Based on the current status of the pension mode. The article hopes to combine different pension services and network platform between the case management service processes and the O2O (Online to Offline) model. On the one hand, we need establish a long-distance services platform to integrate and co-ordinate the resources which the different regions, different spatial quality and diversity services. On the other hand, to provide a different choice of pension services for older people and meet the individual needs.As a new way of pension, there is no systemic research for domestic scholars. And there has been lack of research on how to provide timely pension for off-site services and resources. Therefore, the article hopes to establish a standardized, systematic care service processes through case management and 020 mode.So, in the study of different places around the pension services platform, the full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. The main topic of the article describes the historical background. And using it as a base, the article describes the research significance, research methods, research framework and the innovation place.The second part, analyzing the connotation and the related theory of off-site pension. Through the analysis of different pension at home and abroad, summed up the current situation of the development of the current pension offsite; according to the different definition of offsite pension concept, introduce the theory of the five stage of successful aging:SOC theory, Maslow’s theory of needs and exchange theory support offsite pension.The third part, the design of a long-distance pension service platform. This article from the working methods of case management in social work, through the network platform to provide offsite pension services, a new channel for the elderly. From the relationship between the establishment of the early diagnosis and evaluation, planning, service, distributed resource coordination and planning, monitoring and evaluation and feedback and follow up of six parts, introduction of case management service process, the establishment of personal information management and service system.From the concept of O2O service platform, the definition to proceed, analysis of advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of different pension and 020 service platform with the operation mechanism and construction procedure of O2O service platform.The fourth part, the application analysis of a long-distance pension service platform. There is the analysis for advantages, disadvantages, improvement of the present service platform. And further indicate that it is practicable based on case management and 020 mode.The fifth part, conclusion. In the conclusion part, the paper from the research findings, conclusions, shortcomings and suggestions and future research four, pointed out that the pension offsite, case management and 020 mode of the three party with the model may have very large development space, but because of the status quo of China’s current pension, pension and the emerging network channels combined, not give full play to their maximum effectiveness in the field of pension. |
