Research On College Students’ Psychological Health And Management In Independent Academy

Independent Academy is an exploration and innovation of higher education’s running college mode under new situations and circumstances. With the comparison of regular undergraduate institutions, the students in Independent Academy have its own characters that their abilities of self-control and interpersonal interaction is further weaker than those in regular undergraduate institutions and becoming more easier to appear psychological problems. Therefore, intensifying research and management review on students in Independent Academy has practical significances in improving students’ psychological and cultivating diathesis and constructors and successors to achieve socialist modernization of our country.This paper focuses on the Research on college students’ psychological issues in Independent Academy from following aspects :Chapter 1,it first describes the significances in the deep study of students’ psychological health and the main introduction about the situations at home and abroad; Chapter 2,for finding a better way to students’ psychological health and management issues, correlative concepts are distinguished in the paper, and it specifically emphasizes the Management Motivation Theory; Chapter 3, Taken general college students as a case in point, there explores a research to thoroughly consider and analyze students’ psychological health and management situations in order to find the main existing psychological health and management problems; Chapter 4,on the basis of valid data, a further analysis is made to find the main causes of the main existing psychological health and management problems; Chapter 5,countermeasures and methods are proposed to intensify students’ psychological health management and finally the conclusion is given,direction for the future research is put forward.
