Kindergarten teachers, who carry the educational duties in kindergartens and other early childhood educational institutions, are professionals. Kindergarten teachers’rights and interests in labor mean their professional qualification, freedom and ability to work independently and the resulting interests. Rights and interests in labor cover abundant content, this thesis mainly research kindergarten teachers’ right of labor reward, rest and vocation, vocational training, and labor insurance, considering current situation and research need. The realization of kindergarten teachers’ rights and interests in labor draw important influence on their working condition, living standard, working enthusiasm and professional development. Therefore, it is essential to study kindergarten teachers’rights and interests in labor.This thesis mainly use questionnaire survey, random selecting 160 kindergarten teachers in the city of A, who respectively come from 5 public kindergartens and 5 private kindergartens to know the realization of kindergarten teachers’ rights of labor reward, rest and vocation, vocational training, and labor insurance. This thesis also use interview the problems in the realization process to put forward countermeasures.This paper is divided into four sections:the first part is introduction, mainly presents research significance, research methods and approach, core concept, relevant laws and regulations. Then the author review informed research, trying to point out the achievement and shortage.The second section mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the realization of kindergarten teachers’rights of labor reward, rest and vocation, vocational training, and labor insurance. It turns out that there are differences between kindergarten teachers of different age, teaching years, education background, kindergarten natures and labor relation types.The third part of this paper analyzes the factors which impact the realization of kindergarten teachers’ rights and interests in labor, including early childhood education legal system, early childhood education fund, the evaluation and supervision system of early childhood education, kindergarten and kindergarten teachers.The study suggests that we should improve the construction of early childhood legal system, increase the early childhood education input, allocate early childhood education fund properly, and lead the kindergartens to operate positively for promoting the management of early childhood education fund. The government also should perfect the system from the subjects, methods and content of the evaluation and supervision. We should optimize inner management of the kindergartens by enhancing the consciousness of managing in accordance with the law, developing reasonable rules and regulations, promoting the managing methods of kindergarten leaders. The last but not the least, we should build up kindergarten teachers’ ranks through lifting their quality and strengthening their right-protection awareness.
