In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education, cultivate a large number of practical and technical talents with high information literacy becomes the urgent needs of the development of national economy in our country, and it also become an important part of the curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational education is based on post needs, take employment as the guidance, to the cultivation of the students in targeted education. Project teaching through project will learn content, through the scene of the task, make learners experience found the problem, analysis, problem solving strategy, solve problems, summarize the full reflection of the learning process. Therefore, the implementation of project teaching can fully embody the features of higher vocational education, as well as it can conform to the requirements of higher vocational education curriculum reform."Information Technology Teaching" is a public foundation course for each student in vocational colleges. The teaching goal of this course is to cultivate basic computer operation ability and practice ability of student, make students master basic computer knowledge, can use computer for information acquisition, analysis, processing ability, in order to solve the actual problem. This article through the comprehensive research of project learning in higher vocational course "Information Technology Teaching ", The whole page article includes six parts:First chapter mainly introduced the research background and the research status at home and abroad in this paper. In the chapter one, this article elaborates the research goal and significance and the research process always use the research methods and research.The second chapter introduces the related theory of basic project learning, such as the concept, core elements and implementation of the project learning process, and the type of project learning common design project and so on.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the course "Information Technology Teaching", the third chapter lists the current problems existing in the course "Information Technology Teaching ", and the advantage of the implementing of project learning in the course.In the chapter four, this paper first introduces the front-end analysis such as teaching content, teaching goals and learner characteristics. Based on those analysis, the course is designed for six projects. In view of the course content, the project design of the learning process contains preparation, initiation, results show and evaluation this four stages.The chapter five uses the part teaching contents of word case as the research object ——design and produce an advertising for mechanical and electrical companies. Using this case to show the entire process of the project learning, then through the different course score and the expression of student in classes to analysis the teaching effect of project learning.Chapter 6 through the collection and analysis of the research data, then give the research conclusion:project learning helps to improve the students’ interest in learning, and it helps to cultivate students’ good learning attitude and methods, to improve students’ ability to solve problems, to cultivate students’ ability in cooperative learning, and so on.By the end of the article, through the inspection and analysis of the teaching effect in research, the article project gives the summarized and the application prospects for application of project learning in "Information Technology Teaching" course in higher vocational colleges.
