The Researchand Countermeasures On The Present Sitiuation Of High School Volleyball Teaching In Anyang City

More than 100 years ago,volleyball was born in the United States,then it was introduced into China,until now spread around the world.Volleyball because of its unique rules and skills to attract public attention,then it was familiar and favorite people.Volleyball has high value in fitness and entertainment and interpersonal communication,etc.In the terms of the development process and forms of volleyball,whether in the physical training,the news media,or the school teaching,it have not been fully exploited.The school population cardinal number is big,teaching has a systematic and comprehensive,it is the focus of volleyball.Take the school as the carrier,to cultivate students’ interest and skill of volleyball.This way will actively promote the development of volleyball,school quality education and lifelong physical education of students.The relationship of mutual benefit and shared profit between volleyball and school education.National policy emphasis in students’ physical and mental quality is a good opportunity to the development of volleyball teaching.This article through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,on the Anyang city high school volleyball teaching to carry out an in-depth investigation and analysis,the research draw the following conclusions:1.The teaching content of the urban area of Anyang city public high school in basic skills,pay attention to basic education,but lack of combat training,So that the students can not be combined with the skills,tactics,and the use of the actual in volleyball match.The basic technique of teaching contents focuses on simple simple technology like digging,passing,and serving,ignore the difficult the technology spiking and blocking,evade the crucial point,make the students’ technology remain the spiking and blocking,evade the crucial point,make the students’ technology remain in the primary stage,which is not comprehensive enough,affect the enthusiasm of the students.2.The teaching methods of sports teachers in the teaching process is based on the traditional teaching method,combined with the interest teaching methods,experimental teaching methods,but still need to continue to improve.The teaching method is single,did not make full use of modern electronic means,which influence the students’ interest in ascension and accumulation volleyball knowledge.3.In the construction of teaching team of volleyball,education blakground stratification of volleyball teachers in Anyang is high,professional title,age structure is reasonable,scientific research ability is high,teaching experience is rich.But lack of training opportunities,mutual exchanges and learning between the teachers.4.The students’ interest in volleyball is low,which influence the development of volleyball teaching,There have so many method to obtain various information of volleyball,but some of the students did not take the initiative to obtain it,the school volleyball lack of propaganda.5.Volleyball is the lack of venues and facilities, and management is not science,so that can not meet the volleyball teaching and extracurricular activities.6.Volleyball extracurricular activities is not universal,internal and external lesson does not converge,the motive of students participate in is clear,but the number of students who participated,frequency are less;teachers’ extracurricular activities is not enough;and lack of necessary activities in the form of organization and management.
