The secondary professional and technical education plays a very important part in education career, and also burdens the history fate of training future qualified labors and high quality talents. Governments give more and more attention to it. Because the sharply drop comprehensive quality of the students sources, the headteacher of the vocational school have great difficulties in education and education managements. As a vocational school teacher, I have worked in vocational school for more than 17 years, undertaking headteacher working and teaching tasks. I strong feel the hardworking of the headteacher. I have a dream of finding a way to help the headteacherThrough the questionnaire, interview to 339 students ,50 parents, 102 headteachers of three secondary vocational schools in Anyang, to understand the current situation of vocational school students , their parents and the headteachers, especially students' mental status , and the method of dealing with the problems in the practical work of headteachersThrough the analysis of questionnaire and interview experience, producing three countermeasures and one advice. The three countermeasures are: transforming the poor students into better learners; getting cooperation and support from parents; solving the difficult problems of the routine management of the class, one suggestion is that school authority should create the external environment for headteachers, including: psychological health education, parents school, perfect the headteacher incentive mechanism,The innovation of the study has three points: Frist,the means of mental health and psychological consultation. we can use online chatting method to solve this contradiction. Second,changes in the way of communicating with students'parents, "xiaoxintong" will greatly improve the effective of education management. Third,state grants is a powerful weapon to strengthen the management of "poor" students. This research is in order to provide some important and new ideas to the secondary vocational school headteachers in Anyang,and rich vocational education theory.
