The pre-school education is an important part of the basic education and the foundation stage of the school education and lifelong education. Pre-school teacher is the key of the development of early childhood education. Without high-quality early childhood teachers, there will be no high-quality early childhood education. Literacy of teaching research is necessary for a modern child care teachers. Only when Teachers put themselves in the role of education researchers, can they improve their teaching activities and promote children's development better. This means the level of pre-school teacher's teaching research has a direct . impact on the quality of education.Begining with the reality of early childhood education in Anyang, the author conducted a comprehensive investigation and understanding to the teacher's teaching research status in early childhood of Anyang City. Combined with survey data analysis the author pointed out the main problems of teaching research of the current kindergarten teachers in Anyang. The impact factors to early childhood teacher's literacy teaching research development were disscused, and the corresponding recommendations and measures were proposed. Some technologies were applied in this study, such as literature, investigation, interview, text analysis and so on. The main body of the article conclude three parts.The first part introduced the problems of Anyang pre-school teacher's teaching research,which mainly manifested in the awareness of teaching research, the relative lack of teacher's teaching research knowledge, weak of teacher's teaching research capacity, deviations of teacher's research ethics, the content of teaching research focuses on classroom teaching and research, the lack of teaching research results, and so on.The second part analysised the factors that hinder the level of Anyang City teacher's teaching research. From the four aspacts of teachers in personal, social government, kindergarten management and researcher's leading, combined with empirical data, a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis were given.The third part gived some measures and recommendations to improve kindergarten teacher's teaching research level. On six aspects the ways and measures were proposed,including strengthening early childhood teacher education, educational and administrative departments providing policy-driven security and lead , building of the teaching research system of kindergartens, strengthening early childhood teacher's post-training, playing the leading role of teaching researchers, Kindergarten teachers actively striving to improve their teaching research level,etc.The study had a comprehensive analysis of various factors that has a mutual influence to early childhood education in Anyang area . It can provide theoretical and practical basis for the macro-management and decision-making of the education and management of the departments. It can provide lessons for the implementation of scientific management of kindergartens, for effectively improving the standard of teaching. It can provid the ways and teaching methods for the development of teaching research,and had a certain practical significance to the development of local early childhood education.
