| The ordinary high school education in the middle areas of compulsory education and higher education, as an important part of the whole educational system, plays a very important role in the training of labor for the society and for the talents.With the continuous development of China’s modernization, the social demand for high school graduates will be gradually increased, the number of high school graduates of the number and quality level will be to determine the overall level of a country or region an important indicator of the level.In this study, high school from various regions of relevant indicators of view, a detailed analysis of human, material and financial resources of each area high school, aimed at understanding the configuration of the current situation of high school education resources of the region.In the allocation of human resources, mainly analyzed data student-teacher ratio, education compliance rate, composition and other titles, and compare inter-provincial decade.In material resources, mainly analyzes the student student campus area, playground area student student student student computer stations, the number of students registered student books, student school students the value of fixed assets and other related data.In the financial resource allocation, select the relevant time series data 2003-2011 decade; compare the financial resources of various regions in the country on the space unit.This study suggests that the economic structure of urban and rural, regional economic development and government effort is the most important of the three factors in high school education resources in universities.
