The thesis is based on the ecological, ecology and ecosystem, through anecological perspective to understand the emergence and development of classroomteaching. The author attempted to conduct a preliminary interpretation about ecology andecological classroom. The author considered that English teaching of senior school is aspecial ecosystem composed of teachers, students, teaching events and environments. Theorganic whole ecosystem is constituted by the subject of senior English classroom and theclassroom environment, classroom subject and body of ecological senior Englishclassroom ecology classroom. The author takes the method of literature research,empirical investigation research, experimental research and action research withcontinuous attempts and exploration, continuously improve my teaching action withintrospection to seek the objective conclusion of the subject as far as possible.The research adopts questionnaire, interview and the method of random classroomobservation to collect quantitative and qualitative material. The researcher analysis thedata from the following aspects: Teachers and students attitude to the teaching andlearning content, Teachers5and students’ attitudes about teaching methods, teachers’ andstudents’ attitudes about teachers’ role, teachers’ and st’udents attitudes about students’role’, teachers,and students attitudes about learning and teaching environment, teachers’and students attitude to the current evaluation system for students’ learning and teachers’and students’ attitude to motivation effect of the current evaluation system on theStudents’ ability of comprehensive development.The unbalanced problems of English classes in the senior secondary schools have thefollowing manifestations:1? The classroom environment is noisy.2. The relationshipbetween the teacher and the students is disharmonious.3. Lecturing is emphasized inteaching procedure.4. The burden of studies is excessively heavy.5. The assessment ofteaching emphasizes the results. And last researcher presents some suggestions based onthe status of inconsistent with the requirements ofNECS.
