Rhetoric secondary language teaching plays a significant role in language teaching. It runs through the whole language teaching, and refers to reading, writing and oral communication and so on. Teachers should train students’ ability of using figures of speech in language teaching, which can improve students’ reading and writing skills, enhance students’ ability of language use, and ultimately improve the overall quality of students’ language. But the current survey of teaching found that teachers in the teaching of speech put a lot of time and energy on the basic knowledge of speech, treat the causes and functions of speech, the students’ ability of using rhetoric capabilities with little attention. The cause of this situation is that under the pressure of exams and academic most teachers want students to achieve high score in the exam, and thus we only pay attention to the knowledge in the teaching of rhetoric, are confined to the old rules. This should be applied so that the daily communication, social communication and artistic communication of knowledge becomes rigid, should belong to the pragmatic knowledge of speech makes it difficult to use or not use the students, this should be flexible throughout the speaking and writing of speech Teaching of speech occurs only when its interpretation and identification. In order to prevent this thought affecting the teaching of rhetoric development, in order to allow teachers in particular have a comprehensive, accurate, in-depth understanding on college entrance exam. In this paper, nearly five years (2010-2014) and provinces nationwide college entrance examination language papers one by one to find out as the main object of study on the subject of rhetoric, the weight of these four aspects from the amount of questions, questions based approach to study the right to be analyzed and research.In order to change people’s one-sided view on college entrance examination, we choose it as the object of study. For those who treat the college entrance examination as the teaching baton, it make them have comprehensive, profound knowledge. Taking the part of rhetoric as the research material make teachers and students to understand more direct emphasis on the college entrance examination the set question and examine the way the weights indicate the direction for learning and teaching rhetoric. Meanwhile this paper provide the basis for the improvement in the secondary language teaching rhetorical.
