Factors Affecting College Students’ Grass-roots Employment And Countermeasures

As Chinese college enrollment continues to expand, the number of college graduates are also growing each year, the employment situation is extremely grim. In the majority of Grass roots, especially in the western regions, in remote mountainous areas, due to geographical location, difficult conditions, economic backwardness, traffic inconvenience, lack of information, talent shortage. In order to solve the contradiction between the problem of employment of university students and grassroots talent demand, the central government and local government have introduced a series of preferential policies to guide and encourage college students to grass-roots employ, and implemented a number of projects, such as "Three support an aid" program,"university village officials" programs and so on. It is very important significance to guide and encourage university students to grass-roots employ, college graduates to grass-roots employ, which will help ease employment pressure, benefit to improve grassroots cadre troop overall quality, to promote economic and cultural construction and development, and that is conducive to Chinese urban and rural areas to balancedly develop between regions. In this paper, the author mainly start to discuss from the current situation of college students employment in grass roots, from subjective and objective to analyze the impact factors of college students employment in grass roots, and finally put forward to guide and encourage students to grass-roots employment response. The purpose of this paper is to make college students correctly understand for the employment in grass roots, and they can be prepared to rationally choose grass-roots employment;university should provide theoretical guidance and professional training to college students, make them have the ability in all aspects of grass-roots employment; country and all levels of government to be able to provide grass-roots employment policies to protect students and establish long-term mechanism to enable college graduates to ease employment at the grassroots level, they delicate their youth and wisdom grassroots to rural urbanization and new rural construction, then they achieve the value of their life, and promote Chinese socialist modernization.
