Research On The Grass-roots Employment View Of Postgraduates In Science And Engineering Universities

The employment situation is becoming increasingly severe and has become the focus of social attention,but this does not mean that the absolute surplus,in the vast number of grass-roots units still face the problem of supply and demand contradictions,still eager for talent.Postgraduates who have been receiving higher education for many years,they have outstanding professional advantages,they do not want to go,do not dare to go to the grass-roots thinking make the actual needs of society more and more dislocation,although the state and local governments have successively introduced a series of grass-roots employment policies to guide and support them,but the effect is still not considerable.In order to solve this practical problem,it is particularly urgent to guide the postgraduates in science and engineering universities to establish a scientific and correct view of grass-roots employment,to assume the responsibilities and mission of young people.This paper uses research methods such as literature research,theory and practice,questionnaire survey to comb and grasp the grass-roots employment view of the postgraduates in science and engineering universities,and to analyze the current situation of their thoughts,then explore countermeasures with academic rationality and operability.The first part mainly summarizes the research background and significance,research status,basic framework and innovation of this article,to grasp the topic macro-grasp.The second part first summarizes the Marxist theoretical basis for the research on the grassroots employment concept.From Marx and Engels' employment thought,Lenin's socialist labor employment thought to the Chinese Communist Party's firm inheritance and development of Marxism,formed the employment thought of combining knowledge youth with workers,education and productive labor and peasants,scientific theory and social practice to reveal theoretical support,secondly,combines with the origin of Chinese cultural tradition and foreign academic resources,and take a combination of subjective and objective angle to explore the root of the problem,for the latter to lay a solid theoretical foundation.The third part explains the definition of the grass-roots level,the function of grass-roots employment,the internal structure and characteristics of the grass-rootsemployment concept,etc.Than proposes that the combination of educator dominance and student subjectivity,theory and practice,personal development and social needs combined principles,and on the ideological and political education and the grass-roots view of employment to further grasp the basic connotation of the paper.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of the grass-roots employment view of the postgraduates in science and engineering universities.Taking the postgraduates of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as a sample,through the questionnaire design and analysis,from the three dimensions of cognition,emotion and will,namely,grass-roots employment cognition,grass-roots employment emotion,grass-roots employment value level,to clarify the positive changes,the existing problems and the root causes of the problems of the grass-roots employment view of our postgraduates,to enhance the authenticity and relevance of this study.The fifth part is based on the analysis and discussion in the previous parts,explore the countermeasures to cultivate the grass-roots employment view of the postgraduates in science and engineering universities from the perspective of ideological and political education,and then propose feasible measures and solutions.Provide constructive opinions from the social,college,and individual levels.To train the postgraduates in science and engineering universities to take root at the grass-roots level,to participate in national strategies,to serve the country to provide path guidance.
