Education of children’s painting is not aim to cultivation of the artist, its aim to based on children’s painting to carry out quality education on children. Especially creativity, which is an important aspect.This research mainly based on the children’s physical and psychological development law, the symbol period of children’s painting (3-9years old) as the breakthrough point, from the physiological research to explore the creativity of the fertility of the necessary for the cultivation of creativity, from the macro aspects of human development, from the children’s cognitive development rules of proof "symbol" children’s painting on the cultivation of creativity of meaning, to demonstrate the important role of education in the children’s painting from the children’s emotional development rules.There are five sections in this paper, the main structure:the first part is the introduction part, the research of this article origin, the main contents of related research status at home and abroad and the research made a summary. The second part mainly introduces the creativity and creativity, and creativity of a hierarchy.
