Along with people’s attention and concentration on ecological environment, terms like Ecological Politics, Ecological Culture comes to our horizon. At the same time, a new kind of education——Ecological Education gives its birth and has been extended as the direction of the fashion and development of education. As a kind of new education teaching concept, Ecological Education comes into classroom and brings profound reform to classroom teaching. Implementing classroom ecology is the ideal of classroom teaching and constructing ecological classroom becomes the unremitting efforts and pursuit of the general teachers and education scholars. And with the globalization, information technology has been developing rapidly. It goes into teaching field, bringing new opportunities and challenges to the traditional classroom teaching. Obviously, it is becoming an indispensable element of educational reform. When modern education information technology meets ecological education concept, as an auxiliary means of technology, it provides much more convenience and possibilities for the construction of ecological classroom. Based on interpretations of some related concepts of ecological classroom, this paper takes the English classroom teaching as an example to try to reveal the ecological reasons for the problems of the current primary and secondary school English classroom and give guidance on the construction of ecological English classroom of primary and secondary schools that supported by the modern education information technology by applying the principles and laws of ecology.Through its meager strength, the exploration of this study, on the one hand, hopes to cause people’s attention to ecological classroom of the of basic education stage of primary and secondary schools, to their life growth, as well as to the information technology’s ascendant auxiliary function on the ecological classroom building of primary and secondary schools. So as to fully utilize the educational information technology to service the basic education classroom teaching in education practice. On the other hand, it hopes that relevant construction strategies and suggestions of this study can benefit the ecological classroom teaching practice and provide some reference to the following related researches on informational primary and secondary school English or other subjects’ ecological classroom.
