The Case Study Of Top-notch Innovative Talents Training Mode Of College In China

Cultivation of top-notch innovative talent is the major initiatives of realization of reinvigorating China through human resource development in China in the21st century. At the same time, it is the key of improving the independent innovation ability and building an innovation-oriented country. As the test plan of training of top-notch innovative students of basic discipline in the1990s, a number of top-notch innovative talents training modes spring up like mushroom after rain. However, because of the lack of evaluation and research, the existing top-notch innovative talent training modes have a lot of deficiencies, but some colleges are satisfied with their achievements. Therefore, the study of top-notch innovative talent training modes in colleges and universities is imperative.This research consists of four aspects. The first part discusses the research background and the origin, then introduce this problem that the top-notch innovative talent training modes needs to be improved, then summarizes the literature review about topic at home and abroad. The second part lists the top-notch innovative talent training modes of some universities in our country and analyses the present situation; In order to further understand problems of these modes, the third part compares the training mode of colleges and universities from training target, selection mechanism, the discipline foundation, the tutor system, school system and training results. The fourth discusses how to build high quality and top-notch innovative talent training modes. Firstly, this part analyzed the elements and guarantee of this mode, then the measures is proposed to build this mode.The cultivation of top-notch innovative talent in universities and colleges is a complicated system engineering, and high quality top-notch innovative talent training mode can make it easier. This article summarizes the top-notch innovative talent training modes of six universities. We hope that it is useful to the colleges and universities in China. At the same time, all colleges should not only learn the experience of other universities but also combine their own situations. Eventually, every university should form a distinctive and diverse top-notch innovative talent training mode.
