TheChinese Communist Party’s Eighteenth Congress pushed “Top creative talentsâ€----theurgen socialism construction task into the teeth of the storm again. To implement thestrategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development,construct aninnovative country,the core is the science and technology innovation,the key is to fostertop-notch innovative talents,the foundation is to innovate education. What is a top-notchinnovative talents? What characteristics does they have? What can we learn from talentsthoughts all over the world and history?Compared with the ordinary people,what specialrules does their growth follow?I have tried to answer all those questions. But there aremany problems in our education system itself, such as outdated training concept,dislocated training target and so on.
