Study On College Graduates’ Entrepreneurship Management Process

As the advancing of the global economic integration and the internationalization ofhigher education, talent competition becomes increasingly international. The competition forjobs is becoming more and more fierce too. Colleges and universities simply cultivatedstudents to get the existing jobs have been unable to cope with the challenges of globaleconomic integration. In the western developed countries, college students’ entrepreneurshipeducation is a systematic project which can improve the national quality, expand theemployment channels and stimulate young people to carve out.It is the direct driving force ofnational economic development.University students’ employment is an important issue in the national economy andpeople’s livelihood. Since the college expansion of1999, in our country the number ofcollege graduates increased at a speed of500thousand people per year on average, increasedfrom2.12million in2003to about7million in2013. The"elite education" of the universityhas evolved into a "mass education", and the contradiction between the college students’employment and social demand has been increasingly prominent and severe."Collegestudents’ employment has been noticed by society, government, family, school andstudents."To be an innovative country is the basic strategy of our country. Independent innovationcannot exict without entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurship education is an importantway to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit. Colleges and universities are the main places whereentrepreneurship education activities took place. Therefore carrying on the independentinnovation needs colleges and universities very much. At present, many colleges anduniversities are active to explore the theory, method and mode of entrepreneurshipeducation.In recent years, due to the severe employment situation, the college students’entrepreneurship gets more and more concern from the government and people from allcircles of life. In order to support the college students to venture the government should giveinnovation service platform a more powerful ability to mobilize and coordinate the varioussocial resources.This article obtains some advanced business management process theory, establishes acollege graduate self-employment process, analyzes the related factors that affect collegegraduates entrepreneurship, and draws lessons from the successful experience fromdeveloped countries.Therefore we can put forward solutions to the graduates’entrepreneurship management process in our country. Researching the college graduates’ entrepreneurship policy, encouraging andsupporting more and more college graduates to self-employ should become an important taskat present and in the future for party committees and governments and it also should becomea urgent task to speed up the transformation of economic development patterns, realize thestrategy of developing the country through science and education.
