Research On The Employment Service Management Of College Graduates Of Harbin Talent Service Bureau

In recent years,the employment situation has become increasingly serious in our country.Because of complicated economic operation,too many college graduates,the highlighted popularization of higher education,lack of scientific planning of selection or employment to enterprises and extensive of market allocation means,the employment problem of college graduates has become the outstanding issue,which should not ignored.So,the college graduates employment service management has also become the important work in public employment and talents service department.Harbin Talent Service Bureau is the functional department of college graduates employment service management.How to manage in volatile situation,how to shift work way,how to change the direction of the work,how to improve the insufficiency,how to supply the better service and help college graduates successfully employ are the questions which this article wants to think,research and solve.This paper consists of two parts,the introduction and the body,which is divided into four chapters.The body part(the 2nd,3rd and 4th section)of the article,which is taking into relevant contents of college graduates employment service,according to the actual situation of college graduates service management,adopts the ways of questionnaire and statistical analysis to point the problems of college graduates employment service management and analyzes the causes.In the end,the article proposes some comprehensive,detailed and feasible countermeasures to solve the problems of college graduates employment service management.
