Research On The Evaluation Index System Of College Graduates' Employment Quality

Employment is vital to people's livelihood and education is the foundation of the people's livelihood. Vigorously promoting full employment of the graduates is the primary task to solve the problem of the people's livelihood and people's satisfaction of the active pursuit of higher education,besides improving the quality of talent training is the important foundation of promoting full employment of university graduates. Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party stresses that to promote the development of higher education connotation,to do a good job of youth employment with emphasis on the college graduates, so as to promote higher quality jobs.This is the current government to improve public management function and promote employment significant proposition.The establishment of college graduates employment quality evaluation system has practical direction to resolve the pressure on employment of college graduates, employment of college graduates and higher education sustainable development guidance. In recent years, with the increasing concern about the quality of employment of college graduates, the theoretical research of this area is also increasing. However,the government departments on the quality of college graduates' employment evaluation value quantity, despise quality. There are some problems in the research of the University, the third party consulting organization and the scholar, such as the singleness of the evaluation subject, the difference of the evaluation standard, the simplification of the evaluation method, the decentralization of the evaluation index and the evaluation of the visual field. Therefore,we need to design a set of college graduates employment quality evaluation index system, to provide a reference for the educational administrative department. This system should be oriented to the needs of society, to increase the transparency and objectivity of evaluation, for the purpose of scientific investigation technology and modern information technology as the support.To begin with, through access to employment quality evaluation index system of college graduates in literature, in-depth research on the current employment situation of quality evaluation index system of the college graduates at home and abroad and the current problems. Moreover, we re-examine the employment quality of College graduates. Combined with Delphi method, seven indexes were selected to evaluate the employment quality of college graduates, such as employment adequacy, income level, employment adaptability, employment stability, employment equality,employment oriented and entrepreneurial drive. Once again, the questionnaire survey method is used to identify the quality of college graduates' Employment Evaluation Index and quantitative weight. In conclusion, the employment survey data of college graduates in 12th Five-Year in Jiangsu province are used to analyze the evaluation index system of college graduates employment quality.
