The Rescerch On Cultural And Creative Industry Talents Training In Universities Of Our Countyr

Cultural and creative industries is flourishing in the world and becoming a new engine for the development of global economic. With the rapid development of cultural and creative industries, the demand for cultural and creative industry talents is rising, especially when the talents on high quality. The problem of talents supply and demand is increasingly becoming a bottleneck for industries’further development. Being the main channel for the talents training, universities are playing an increasingly prominent role in the enhancement of talents supply and the improvement of the quality of talents, as well as the demand for talent in the cultural and creative industries.In recent years, our Chinese universities have carried out many positive exploration in terms of cultural and creative industry talents training. There is still a big gap when compared with the western developed countries. This study analyzed the situation of cultural and creative talents in China. And through the cultural creative industry talents training mode, talents training environment, training evaluation system at home and abroad in aspects of comparative study. Then making analysis of existing problems and recognizing the reality gap. On this basis, we proposed the cultural and creative talents training of trinity for our Chinese universities, including the innovative talents training model, the optimization of talents training environment and the improvement of the evaluation system of talents training.
