With the progress of our society and education changes in the environment, thedomestic class management, especially in the high school class management in thenew educational situation there has been a lot of new problems. Based classmanagement practices, by analyzing the existing problems in the management of thecurrent high school class, looking for scientific and effective high school classroommanagement strategies, and provide a reference for more educators during classmanagement, self-management class students actively mode introduced into classmanagement, so that every student participation in class management, stimulatestudents ’quality of self-discipline and responsibility, training students to managetheir own education of their own interests and abilities, and ultimately to promotehigh school students’ all-round harmonious and healthy development.High school stage is the formation of a critical period of subjectivity, teachersshould change the old management, high school students grasp the psychologicalcharacteristics, respect for students’ self-awareness, grasp this opportunity to activelydevelop their ability to self-management, with full respect for the subjectivity ofstudents, and effectively improve the class management effectiveness, thusincreasing the number of students on class identity, improve the efficiency of classclassroom teaching to inspire students to actively participate in the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the class management, and constantly enrich their morallife, improve the ability of self-management classes.Based on the status quo of the high school class self-management, thecharacteristics of the high school students and researchers of the actual situation, thispaper focuses on the following questions: First, clear the high school classconnotation of self-management, self-management relates to the high school classthe main contents of in-depth study is proposed to build the basis of theself-management of the high school class. Second, on the basis of self-managementof domestic and international student’s literature material combing through the questionnaire the status quo of the Chuxiong Dong Xing Secondary School highschool class self-management research, summary and analysis on the existingproblems in the current high school class self-management practice. Third, thesummary and analysis based on the objectives, principles and strategies proposed,Chu Xiong dong xing secondary class self-management mode.The ultimate goal is the implementation of the self-management of the highschool class students’ moral quality to enhance the coordination of physical andmental development and perfection of personality, train students to manage theirown, their own ability to educate themselves, so that the development of studentsinto a conscious process, and ultimately promote high school students acomprehensive and harmonious development.
