With the constant implement of the new course reformation, new ideas and newmethods of teaching middle school Chinese emerge in endless. Arrangement of Chinesehomework also causes great concern.As teachers, we know homework is the extension ofclassroom, effective homework will help students master the basic knowledge,promoteideation, accelerate students’ activities, cultivate hands abilities and cooperationcapacity and so on, In the long term of teaching, actually there are many problems about thehomework, simple form and large content, too much emphasis on the basic knowledge,which ignore students’ enthusiasm and ability to learn difference. So homework has not playits role in teaching.Chinese homework is not only a method of teaching, but an important way to achievethe education purpose. So Chinese homework should be more reasonable. In term ofarrangement idea, it should be established on the concept of student development, designedaccording to psychological characteristic of students.Reducing the operatingrequirement and increasing the flexibilities of homework in term of amount content timeforms, ect, while increasing opening homework to instead of the closed, doing homeworkfrom a separate thing to an cooperation process. At the same time, taking into account thereasonable cross between the various disciplines, diluting disciplinary boundaries andfocusing on integration, improving practical homework.Through the above analysis, the idea of writing this article can be divided into five parts,the first part is an introduction, thesis topics specially addressed the purpose and meaning aswell as how to operate and the method used, the second part is to discuss some basic theoriesused in junior high school Chinese homework arrangement. There are multipleintelligences theory, zone of proximal development theory, constructivist theoryand humanistic theory. The third part is investigation and analysis on the junior highschool Chinese homework, mainly through investigating the Chinese homework situation ofthe taught school, drawing problem based on the facts. The fourth part is the copingstrategies according to the status of current junior high school Chinese homework, throughinvestigation to draw the problem then put forward the coping strategies.
