“Learning Organization” was first proposed in the book named “New Design” byProfessor Forrester of Harvard University from the United States in1965; In1990, ProfessorPeter M. Senge of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a student of Professor Forrester,published a book named “The Fifth Discipline---The art and practice of the learningorganization”, he put forward five Disciplines, such as system thinking, self-transcendence,building shared-vision, improving mental model and group learning; the purpose is to solvethe problem that enterprise can not keep sustainable and prosperous development; thisopinions has raised the craze of learning and creation learning organization in the worldIn twenty-first Century, human society has entered the era of knowledge economy,development and updating of knowledge has becoming faster and faster, lifelong learning hasbecome our indispensable ability, organizations and individuals that do not have such abilityof the will soon be eliminated. It is clearly mentioned in the report of the sixteenth session ofCommunist Party of China “From an all-people-involved and lifelong studying society,promote people’s overall development”. As the most basic organization, the class must havethe ability of cultivating students’ lifelong learning ability. In class management, needless tosay, how a head-teacher of the class cultivates students’ability of life-long learning will be thebest choice of learning class construction.Through questionnaire survey and interviews, the author finds out many exitingproblems in the traditional secondary vocational class management: authority of classmanagement phenomenon is serious, democratization level need to be improved; one-sidedclass management content; simple class management method; subjective evaluation tostudents and etc…Based on the present situation analysis on the secondary vocational class management,using the theory of learning organization, the author puts forward basic management strategyin building learning class: optimize human resources, build learning type teacher team;encourage students to go beyond themselves, stimulate inside drive force of classdevelopment; establish common vision class, promote class, and students growing together;create new learning mechanism, implement team cooperation learning; implementindependent and democratic management, cultivate students’ autonomous managementawareness; improve mental model, advocate systematic thinking.The author thinks, learning class building is a long-term process, it needs constantthinking from education administrators, constant summing up, sensible and wise work, so thatevery students in class can enjoy happiness in learning classroom construction, individuals and classes can grow together, let “learning” make life more wonderful.
