From the basic knowledge of the 2~nd Curriculum Innovation in Shanghai, the thesis established a new classmanagement thoughts, on which the author is exploring a new road of class management, and developed a detailed systematic class management operation which is suitable for the new education surrounding by using the relevant knowledge in educational sociology, educational organizing behavior applying science, educational ecology science, the tool of observing, question paper investigation, analysis of articles and so on. The articles contain 5 parts like this:Chapter 1 Preface. The author put forward the topics and the outline. It contains two parts. One is to discuss the significance of innovation of class management from the basic policy of curriculum amendment in Shanghai. Another is a summarization of the theoretic fruit both at home and abroad in this field and establishment of the focus of the article, that is to say, a resolution of innovation in theory and practice on the background of curriculum amendment nationwide.Chapter 2 Discussion of remolding of class management. It covers 4 levels.A From the point of curriculum amendment, the author observes again the essence of class organization, it means a class is a system of teaching and studying with characters of organization, education, resources, society, and ecology.B The author holds a point of a new class management suitable for the curriculum amendment policy and discusses its four features: multi-centre of management subject, system of management object, management process scientifically, management mode democratically.C Further presentation of two value points of new class management: firstly, improvement of students life and the quality of class party; secondly, promotion of students' soul development, for which the core is the nutrition of independence.D The author puts the concept of three steps for new class management.Firstly, with an open attitude, absorbing all kinds of relevant information, seeking for a co- operating road, establishing a co-operate body of management, automatically, interactively and scientifically.Secondly, to build a harmonious organization by virtue of the point of the quality of students' existence.Thirdly, to build a learning class of helping each other, competition from the point of concern about the development of students' soul, And the three bodies are a unit of close relations, relying on each other.From Chapter 3 to Chapter 5, the author discusses the implementation of three steps management on basis of practice.Chapter 3 Discussion of the building of management unit.First is to build external management system by uniting three parts into one. the second is to build an open internal management system on the basis of independence & practice.the third is to build an interaction system between outside and inner on basis of dialogue.Chapter 4 The establishment of class body by soul.Aiming for the goal of building a harmonious class community, the author is to discuss the remolding of class ethic, and the basic contents and approach of new class ethic construction from the angle of both an individual and an organization.Chapter 5 Discussion of the establishment of learning communityThe author brings a conception of construction of learning class, and a definition of learning class, and discusses the basic thoughts from the promotion of team learning capability and breakthrough of abnormal brain development of children.
